Abstract

The features of measuring of electric power and application of facilities of measuring instruments of electric power are considered. Temporal instability of standard comparator of electric power is investigational for period from 1997 to 2013, one of main metrology descriptions of facilities of measuring instruments for the set time domain. The graphic model of temporal instability is built in the environment of Matlab.
